Over the last 33 years (including private service), Advocate HUMAYUN FARHAD has acquired extensive experience in the field of corporate legal matters, legislative drafting & Judiciary of Bangladesh by assuming a large variety of key responsibilities and position. This experience includes company’s legal matters, service planning as well as amending and updating various laws including Evidence Act (admissibility of digital, physical or forensic matters), Banking, Environment, corruption, human rights, child rights and drafting Principal and Subordinate legislations for the Government of Bangladesh and provide counselling to different Ministries of the Government regarding various matters including human rights, women rights and child rights. Moreover, usually provided answers and met up query of UN Organization relating to CEDAW, CRC, UNCAC and related UN Protocols.

Worked as one the Government Delegates for drafting Regional (South Asian i.e. SAARC & BIMSTEC) Legal Instruments, Dispute Settlement Mechanism, Bye-laws, etc. Now working as an adjunct faculty and Penal Examiner of law in various Private (SEU) and Public Universities (BUP & DU) and Government Institutes (ICAB). Working as a Real Estate & Corporate Consultant and practicing law in the Subordinate Courts of Bangladesh.
